Yes! We offer a variety of classes tailored for different experience levels. If you’re new to yoga, we recommend starting with our Foundation in Flow or Bend & Stretch classes to build a strong foundation and increase flexibility.

For all classes, we recommend bringing a yoga mat, a water bottle, and a towel. Comfortable, stretchy clothing is best for movement. If you’re attending a more intensive class like Vinyasa for Vitality, you might also want to bring a block or strap for extra support.

Not at all! Flexibility is something you will build over time. Classes like Bend & Stretch are designed to help improve your flexibility gradually, no matter your starting point.

Most of our classes range from 45 to 60 minutes, providing a balanced workout session that includes warm-ups, the core practice, and a cool-down period.

Absolutely! Many of our students enjoy pairing a Power & Balance session with a more relaxing class like Bend & Stretch to target different areas of the body and recovery.
